Basic stand: carpet, 1 table, 3 chairs, wastebasket, flag sign, spotlights and power supply.
Each booth entitle you to 1 lunche/day, a parking space and an access to conferences.
Insurance: compulsory insurance is taken out for your account with our insurer. It is billed at 110 € and covers your civil liability as well as damage to property and people. This insurance covers exposed professional goods or present on the stand up to € 6,500 per exhibitor.
Cancellation: Please refer to the general conditions of sale and rental of space for the cancellation procedures (Article 5 Withdrawal and Cancellation).

Information for the payment

• 50 % of your booth at the signing of the order.

Without receiving the deposit within 15 days, we cannot guarantee the choice of your location.

• Balance before 2025-05-16.
